Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts (OS platform). You can access the ODR platform at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Battery disposal (2006/66/EC)

We are obliged to inform you of the following in connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries:

You are legally obligated to return used batteries as an end user. You can return used batteries, which we carry or have carried as new batteries in our range, free of charge to our shipping warehouse (shipping address).

The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:

• The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin means that the battery must not be placed in the household garbage.
• Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004% lead by mass
• Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium by mass
• Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by mass

Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

We are not a manufacturer of electrical equipment according to § 3 No. 9 ElektroG. As a distributor of electrical equipment, however, we guarantee in the sense of the ElektroG only such electrical equipment to bring into circulation whose manufacturers have notified the Federal Environment Agency or the responsible body in accordance with § 6 II 1 ElektroG.

Disposal

Products that must not be disposed of together with household waste are marked with the symbol of the crossed-out garbage can.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) must not be disposed of with household waste. Electrical and electronic equipment can contain hazardous substances that, if released, have serious negative effects on the environment, wildlife and health.

Before disposal, you must remove rechargeable batteries and batteries if possible and also dispose of them separately.

You can return up to 5 of our products at the same time in retail (sales area >400m²) free of charge. The prerequisite for this is that they are not longer than 25 cm in any edge measurement. Or you can send the old equipment back to us by post and we will cover your costs.

Privacy

We would like to point out to all customers that you are responsible for deleting your personal data from old equipment to be disposed of.
